The film follows 15-year-old Ahmet, who
lives in a traditional Yörük village in North Macedonia. Finding freedom through
music, he struggles with his father’s expectations, conservative traditions and
his love for Aya, a girl promised to another.
At the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, the film won the World Cinema Dramatic Audience Award and the World Cinema Dramatic Special Jury Award for Creative Vision.
